america. big week in the u.s.a. federal government might be shut down and prounion demonstrators are refusing to leave the wisconsin capitol building. of course, all things about money and whenever money is involved with anything bad things can happen. so let's walk through it. most important issue for the country right now is president obama's budget for 2012. it stands at almost $4 trillion with a 1.1 trillion short fall that simply cannot happen. the president knows this. he simply cannot spending at the rate is he proposing. so it must be a bargaining situation. the republicans aren't in any mood for horse trading over the budget. they want deep cuts and if they don't get them, they could shut the government down by friday. at this point, talking points believes a compromise will be reached. in madison, wisconsin, the chaos has reached a breaking point. democratic senators are still out of the state, so the next move is up to governor walker. will he begin laying off state workers? and all over the country union supporters are greying increasingly angry. >> the way you handle it.
